Sugar Land Surgical Hospital is included in a wide variety of health insurance plans. Since our facility is new, we are currently in the process of contracting with more plans. Even though the Hospital is not included on your health insurance plan, we appreciate your business and will gladly accept your in-network benefits. The amount quoted to you at the time of pre-registration was based on your in-network benefit level obtained during our verification of your eligibility. We will notify your carrier of our intent to honor your in-network benefit level. However, if you receive an explanation of benefits from your insurance, indicating you owe your out-of-network deductible and coinsurance amount please call us. We will be happy to check your balances to ensure the amount reflected is the in-network rate you were quoted.
